Dr. M. Brandon Pettke
Dr. Pettke is a licensed chiropractor in the State of Texas. He attended The University of Texas in Austin and Parker University in Dallas where he was on the Dean’s Honor Roll and received his Bachelors of Science in Anatomy and Doctorate of Chiropractic. Since 2003, Dr. Pettke has taken care of thousands of patients. He has treated everyday people like factory workers, government employees, managers, CEO’s, children, and even athletes. In addition to providing care to many of the area’s student athletes and coaches, Dr. Pettke has also treated many other professional and amateur athletes. Dr. Pettke is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing baseball, basketball, racquetball, scuba diving, golf, water sports, and snow skiing. He believes the best approach to patient care is an integrated approach from multiple disciplines. He has a keen interest in the biomechanics of the human body and nutrition. Both of which he believes are foundational for optimal health. He resides in Ft. Worth with his wife and 5 kids. He is actively involved in his Church, Life.Church of Ft. Worth.
Dr. Jordan Pastorek
Dr. Jordan Pastorek is a caring internist, and the Medical Director for Lone Star Progressive Medicine. Dr. Pastorek focuses on preventative medicine, using cutting-edge treatments, and state-of-the-art technology to help patients. Regenerative medicine being one of those treatments.
Dr. Pastorek graduated from Louisiana State University at Baton Rouge, and successfully completed medical school in 2002 at the LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Currently a United States Air Force Reserves Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Pastorek attended the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training program in 2005 to earn his Air Force pilot wings, and in 2007, he earned his flight surgeon wings at Brooks City-Base in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Pastorek finished his residency at LSU’s University Medical Center in Lafayette, Louisiana in 2007.
After practicing in Louisiana and Mississippi for several years, Dr. Pastorek and his family moved to the Dallas area in 2010. Dr. Pastorek was an early adopter of the benefits of regenerative medicine, and has been utilizing them since 2014. Dr. Pastorek has acted as the medical director for several clinics providing regenerative medicine since that time.
Dr. Pastorek is on staff at Medical City Frisco, Medical City Plano, and Presbyterian Village North Senior Living Facility. He has worked at several hospitals around the DFW area since 2010.
LeAmy Seabert is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from University of Texas of Arlington with her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2014, and received an award for clinical excellence. Prior to finishing her masters, she worked as an R.N. for 12 years in the ICU. Upon completion of her Masters in Nursing, she has worked in various settings from geriatric care to urgent care to hormone replacement therapy.
As a member of Lone Star Progressive Medicine team, LeAmy enjoys assisting patients in understanding their conditions, and the different options of pain relief and improvement of their health conditions.
When she isn’t working, LeAmy enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.
Melissa Holland is a Board Certified Adult/Gerontologist Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with her Master’s in Nursing in 2013. After graduating, she moved to Texas with her husband.
Prior to graduating with her Master’s Degree, she worked as a registered nurse in Medical/Surgical ICU for 12 years. As a Nurse Practitioner in Texas, she has worked in Internal Medicine and in Pain Management. While working in Pain Management, she became proficient in performing joint injections. As a member of Lone Star Progressive Medicine team, Melissa is using her skills to help patients improve their joint pain and mobility.
When she is not working she enjoys bicycling, traveling, watching college football, and spending time with her family and their German Shepard, Kye.
Office Manager & Billing
Stacie has been the office manager since 2010. She has 13 years of managerial, human resources and customer service experience. She handles the office billing, patient insurance and day to day office affairs. Stacie’s primary goal is to help ensure that patients get the care they need despite any challenges, financial or otherwise. She is a firm believer in lifestyle medicine and enjoys seeing patients transform their overall health and quality of life. She has a love of books, music and the Dallas Cowboys. She lives in Burleson with her two sons, who enjoy keeping her busy in her free time.
Tammy has worked at Lone Star Progressive from 2009-2014, and returned in 2017 when she moved back to the Burleson area. With 16 years of front desk experience, she handles all of the front desk duties, including scheduling, answering phones and helping patients with anything they need. She is the smile you see from the moment you walk in the door! Tammy completely believes in the type of integrative care we provide in our office, as she personally has been helped with several conditions. She thoroughly enjoys helping our patients get out of pain, lose weight and all around feel great! Tammy lives in Crowley with her husband. She has 4 kids, and 4 grand kids, and loves to hang out with her family any chance she gets!
Medical & Weight Loss Assistant
Tiffany has lived in the Burleson/Crowley area her entire life. Her passion for health and wellness has become her happy place. She is a certified personal trainer who loves helping people! Encouraging others to reach their goals is one of her favorite things to do. She is married to her husband Justin, and they have three extremely active children. When they are not at volleyball, football, basketball, or horse riding lessons they enjoy working out, going to the lake, and traveling.
Physical Medicine & Rehab Assistant
Hannah is the assistant for the physical medicine and rehab department of the clinic. She instructs and assists patients as they begin their therapeutic rehab exercises and stretches, along with their various therapies they need for their condition.
Hannah graduated from Texas Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She played softball beginning at the age of 5, and had the pleasure of continuing her love for the game in college (2 years at Kilgore College and the other two at Texas Wesleyan University). She is very passionate about helping others, seeing them improve, and reaching their goals. You will love getting to work with Hannah’s upbeat and optimistic personality!
When she is not at work, she likes to spend time with her friends, family, her dog Harley, and of course, playing softball!
